To grant permissions to your table, you first need the user to be linked to your account.
In the Users page, link the user to your account by entering their email in the relevant team (Admins/Editors/Viewers), and then click Add.
Please note that admins and editors have full control over your data sources, so if you added the user to the Admins or Editors teams, then the process is done.
If you linked a user to your account as a Viewer, the next step is to give the requested user permissions to the specific table:
- Navigate to the Tables page.
- Click the three-dot menu of the specific table, and select Manage Viewers.
- Change the selected user’s status to Can View, and then click Save Changes to confirm the action.
